COMPLAINT - 1099 - Poor customer service.

Hi TurboTax,
 
I am posting this here because you seem to have no location to send any sort of message more than 100 characters.
 
I do not appreciate your condescending "experts" that help in live chat. I had terrible experiences with 2 different employees today in different chats. I also do not appreciate paying extra money for a product that does not work. This glitch has been present for over a week already. I have used your product for 8 years now and this is the first year I have had a problem with your service. I do not want to pay extra money for your "self employed" edition when it does not even work. I am considering taking my business elsewhere. You need to fix this.
