As I stated to the original question on this thread -
Form 1120S is estimated to be available on 02/11/2011 for e-filing or printing (subject to change)

Also, the IRS will not be accepting or rejecting any 2020 federal tax returns until on or after 02/12/2021.
If you are unable to file the Form 1120S by 03/15/2021 you can file an extension request using Form 7004, Application for Automatic Extension of Time To File Certain Business Income Tax, Information, and
