- MichelleLO, I reached out to customer service yesterday (case#[social security number removed]) ans again today (case#[social security number removed]). Neither one was able to fix the issue. I was finally instructed to Uninstall the program and reinstall it to "hopefully" fix the issue. I have a high probability of loosing my completed federal return in this process. Hours of work would be gone. I am completely unsatisfied with this.
