You can't do what you want to do (transfer her info to a new TurboTax [TT] account), in TurboTax online (TTO).
If you are listed first (the "taxpayer" not the "spouse") on you current account, you can reuse that account for yourself, by deleting all her info. She has to start a new account and cannot transfer any of her info. It has to be entered manually.
As the other answer said, you can possibly do it in download software, but it's a lot of work and prone to errors.
Nothing you have described, so far, justifies not filing as Married Filing Jointly, again this year. You should probably describe what it is you are trying to accomplish
