The IRS has not posted the start date for processing 2020 returns yet however if all your forms are ready to be filed you can efile now if you like HOWEVER filing early will not guarantee you will be processed first and in fact in the past early filers have been delayed(sometimes for months) especially in years when there have been late tax law/form changes so I highly recommend against it. And if your return has EIC on it those returns will not start processing prior to mid February at the earliest ... so there is no uptick to filing early.
