Yes, you can enter Form 1099-B information on individual stock sales.  You would do that in the "Income & Expenses" tab.

  1. Scroll down to "Investment Income"
  2. "Show More"
  3. "Start/revisit" the "Stocks, mutual funds...(1099B)" topic

 

I was not able to see the article you reference, but perhaps it was related to stock options or restricted stock units.  Those situations are a little more involved.  

 

If you just made some investments in stocks and sold a few in 2020 and received a 1099-B from your broker the entry process in TurboTax is straightforward.
