Did you enter the state taxes withheld on the W-2 as shown in box 17 of the W-2?
Enter w-2 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program form. Click on Jump to w-2
Edit the W-2 shown. Verify that the entered state tax data in boxes 15, 16 and 17. Continue with this section until it completes.
