One other suggestion-----make sure you have gone to the earned income credit section in your federal return. There is a "lookback" that will allow you to choose whether to use your 2019 or 2020 AGI to calculate your earned income credit and child tax credit for 2020. You can pick whichever one gives you a better refund.
