Run an update on your Windows Operating System and after the update is complete, uninstall Turbo Tax. Reinstall Turbo Tax when you are ready to re-install it.
If you have Windows 10 and you need to update, please see below:
- Open the Settings menu and go to Update & security > Windows Update.
- Click Check for updates to prompt your PC to scan for the latest updates. The update will be downloaded and installed automatically.
- Click Restart Now to restart your PC and complete the uninstall process.
