I'm trying to file 1099-NEC with Turbotax Self Employed and it says I need Home and Business or Business. Are 1099s not allowed online with Self Employed anymore?

I'm trying to file 1099-NEC with Turbotax Self Employed and it says I need Home and Business or Business. Are 1099s not allowed online with Self Employed anymore?
Specifically, I am talking about filing 1099s for contractors.
