As SteamTrain already posted ....
The NJ tax forms are not finalized yet....and appear to be using last year's % and max values.
So, you/we won't know if the NJ values have been properly updated to the new 2020 values until AFTER 28 January (expected date...not promised date).
Come back on (say) 1 February, run thru the W-2 and error check again at that time to see if the software still complains (If you are suing the Desktop software, make sure you run a full software update first).

And PLEASE Don't attempt to file anything until after 12 Feb....the IRS isn't doing anything on tax filings until that day or after......so filing early is a total waste of time and can't be called back if you :"forgot" or "missed" something.
