Not sure what you are trying to do. TurboTax does not provide or support the gift tax form 709. And if you are trying to claim the gifts as deductions on your schedule A you cannot claim gifts to the kids as itemized deductions. Your gifts do not go anywhere on your 2020 tax return.
GIFTS
Money that you receive as a gift is not taxable income to you, and you do not need to report it on your income tax return. Money that you gave as a gift to someone else is not deductible for your taxes.
