I did get a email that was titled Critical Update: IRS to reissue your stimulus Payment. All it states is that they know I have not received my payment and to let me know they are working on it. Also explains the situation. I did click the link you provided and put in my bank info but it is still the same info as when I filed. My friend got the same email I did on the same day however she received her payment the next day. I still sadly have not. She also never got any phone calls
Then you will just have to wait and see if the payment is deposited into your account.

If you do not receive any other stimulus payments by January 15, 2021, then the stimulus payment for which you are eligible to receive will be entered on your 2020 federal tax return as a tax credit on Form 1040 Line 30.
The TurboTax program will ask about stimulus payments in the Federal Review section of the program.
