I installed Costco 2020 CD on my Win 8.1 computer. Went OK and activated with code. Now trying to download on my new Windows 10 laptop. I went to InstallTurboTax . com and put my code in but it says the license code has already been associated with an account. and look in my downloads. Well what account did the CD register it to? It's not in my downloads. When it installed it didn't ask me for my account name and password. How do I sync it up to my account?
