The 2020 TurboTax download and CD have the exact same requirements.
If you cannot upgrade your computer you can still use the 2020 TurboTax online editions - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
If you completed the 2019 tax return using the TurboTax desktop editions, the 2019 tax data can be transferred to the 2020 TurboTax online tax return.
