I read I may file non-resident for GA and claim 0 earnings for a full refund from GA and do NC filing as usual but not sure if it’s right since the job is not targeted as a remote position if the pandemic were not there.
But that is exactly what you need to do ... in the TT program you will indicate NC is your resident state and that you earned income in GA and when you get to the state tab you MUST complete the GA return first.
