...and if you are using the Online software for 2019 taxes.....you can't. Online is only for 202 taxes right now, so you may need to "Clear and Start Over" to get rid of all that info to get it ready for 2020 taxes...

for 2019 taxes ? That was all shut down for "Online" users at the end of October. People trying to do 2019 taxes have to use the desktop software now, and mail the forms in themselves.
