You can contact the IRS or State about the processing of your return. Once your return has been accepted & received by the IRS and/or State, TurboTax does not get any other information about the processing of your return.
The IRS telephone number is 1-800-829-1040, and they are available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. The best time to call is early in the morning. Do not press 1 for refund, press option 2 instead.
