Are you trying to import from QuickBooks? What qbs do you have? I think you need the QuickBooks Self Employed version.
Unless you have the QuickBooks Self Employed version, the regular QuickBooks program can not be imported into TurboTax Online, TurboTax CD/Download software for Mac, or TurboTax for iPad.
