No! Never do that. Wait for the W2 to come. The W2 usually doesn't match your last paystub. There are many pre-tax deductions that can affect it.

And there's no hurry. Turbo Tax wont start taking efiles until early January. But they will just hold them all until the IRS opens Efiling later in January.
