@Justyn2931 You mailed your return in September 2020? Mailed returns are taking a VERY long time to be processed.
If you mailed a past year return you will not ever see any information about it on the IRS refund site. That site will only show 2019 refunds (and soon only 2020).
Unless you used a mailing service like certified mail to track it, you will not get any confirmation that it was received. TurboTax never knows if you mailed a return and does not get any feedback at all.
The IRS has just started to work through millions of mailed returns that have been piling up in trailers during the pandemic.

Processing Delays for Paper Tax Returns: Taxpayers should file electronically through their tax preparer, tax software provider, or IRS Free File.
We’re experiencing delays in processing paper tax returns due to limited staffing. If you already filed a paper return, we will process it in the order we received it.
Do not file a second tax return or contact the IRS about the status of your return.
All you can do is wait patiently.
