What page? Where? Online TurboTax for 2019 is closed permanently. It is too soon to start a 2020 return online. The tax year is not over for 2020. So what tax year are you trying to prepare a tax return for? If you did not file a tax return for 2019, you can still do that but only if you use downloaded software or the paper forms. You cannot prepare the return online. And it cannot be e-filed; a 2019 return can only be printed, signed and mailed.
In January 2021 people will begin to file tax returns for tax year 2020. If we understand what tax year you are trying to work on we can be more helpful.
