If you did not already start your 2019 return--and just have an extension to file it -- it is too late to use the online software. The 2019 online software program is closed to starting new returns. The deadline was October 15. If your return was not started online before that deadline you cannot use the online program. Since you paid for your 2019 software you can get a download from customer support so that you can use desktop software to prepare and file your 2019 return.
You say you paid twice. Not sure how that could have happened, but when you talk to customer support they will help sort that out with you. We cannot resolve billing issues in this forum.
