When you use a DIY program then it is your responsibility to make sure the return is correct before you file it ... that is why in the FILE tab step 2 you are given the option to save the PDF so you can review the entire thing ... this is required by law. If you didn't catch the missing amount before you filed it then this is on you. Nothing you can do now but wait for the IRS to correct the error.
