If you are signing a 2019 return it is near the bottom of page 2 and you will see a big black arrow pointing to the words "Sign here."
If you are signing a 2018 return, that has the words "Sign here" in the middle of the page. The tax forms changed from 2018 to 2019. For 2018 it was supposed to be two "postcard" size pages but they print out on one sheet of paper, and the signature part is in the middle of the page.
