Have you tried contacting TurboTax support again about this issue concerning the opened and closed support ticket?  Support needs to be aware that IDnotify is pointing you back to TurboTax.

As with many support teams it may take more than one call to get someone to assist, especially if the problem is with a different vendor.

Support is open form 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday.
