That's because the "Online" software can only be used to do 2019 taxes now.....and will switch to 2020 prep-only, sometime in Nov-Dec. It only does whatever year is currently being prepared.

For prior years you need a full Windows or MAC computer (Windows 7to10 is compatible for 2016-2018....MACs may have operation issues depending on which OS version you are using) and you must buy, download, and install each prior year's tax software separately to the computer...print, and mail in the forms in separate envelopes.
