The ONLINE program is only good for ONE return per account ... so if your husband is filing a separate return from you then he needs his own account with a different userID and password ... do NOT try to reuse your account.
If his AGI will be $69K or less then he can use one of the 10 totally free options on the IRS FREE FILE site :

But why are you not filing jointly ?
And why are you not using the DOWNLOADED version which can handle multiple returns ?
