Log back in ... scroll down and click on ADD A STATE to open the account ... then go to the 2210 section and review the screens before you talk to support.
You will answer a series of questions that may reduce or eliminate the penalty. Or you can elect to have the IRS figure the penalty for you. It's form 2210.
