@Kai6 All of that is unfortunate. But the current stimulus checks are based on 2018 or 2019 tax returns, not your current situation or her financial need right now. Your daughter made very little income in 2019 for whatever reason so if you claimed her as a dependent then she cannot receive a stimulus check and/or if she checked the box that says she can be claimed, she will not receive a stimulus check.
It does not sound like you have a valid reason to amend your 2019 tax returns. If your daughter can somehow manage to earn enough to exceed the limit for you to claim her for 2020, she can get the stimulus money next year when she files a 2020 return in 2021. For 2019 that amount was $4200. For 2020 it will likely be $4250 or $4300.
You say she did not qualify for unemployment compensation. Did she apply? Never assume. She should apply and see if she qualifies in your state.
