You cannot use a 2018 W-2 on your 2019 tax return.
The current Online system is for 2019 tax returns only.
To get a copy of your W-2 from the IRS (MacDonald's should have sent them a copy of your 2018 W-2 in early 2019), go to Get Transcript and ask for the Wage and Income Transcript for the year ending 12/31/2018.
