If there is not a Credit Card payment option for the federal taxes owed then you can use the IRS payment website to pay the taxes with a credit card - https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-your-taxes-by-debit-or-credit-card
If you use the IRS website to pay the federal taxes owed, then in TurboTax select to pay the taxes owed by mail. You can then file your tax return and do not mail a payment.
