When you print your return for mailing it will print with mailing instructions that give you the address to mail the return to. But if you already filed or just want the address to mail your payment:

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher (the mailing address is on the form), having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.
