TurboTax does not have a copy of your W-2's. It only has the tax data that you entered on the tax return from your copy of the W-2. You were required to provide copies of your W-2 with the mailed tax returns.
You can get a copy of the 2019 W-2 from your employer.
If you cannot obtain the W-2 from your employer, then for a fee you can get a complete copy of a W-2 from the Social Security Administration - https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
