If you used the IRS non-filers website to register for the stimulus and you are not a non-filer and you are trying to file a REAL 2019 tax return then your ONLY option will be to mail in BOTH the federal and amended returns. And the fee for the ONLINE program is for the use of the program to complete a return that can be filed even if you end up mailing it in ... there is no extra fee to efile it.
