I live overseas & TurboTax is not letting me submit my taxes without a States address in my personal Info. When I try to call, the 800 # does not work from Australia.

I have already selected "Foreign or U.S. Possession" as my Resident State, but am still getting an error. TurboTax has already charged my credit card and now will not let me file or contact them direct to fix this issue so I can submit & file.
