You should be able to access the TurboTax Online return that you started over the internet on the app you downloaded from Google Play. Those products are interchangeable and you can access your Online tax return from either platform. It sounds like something that general internet troubleshooting should resolve for you. Clear your cookies and cache, then try a restart and reconnect of your WI-FI.
