I received call back from Turbo Tax. Person was not aware of any problems. After a worthless couple minutes explaining problem to her, she said that she was going to forward my call to a financial specialist. When the person answered, I asked if she was from the Financial Department. She seemed annoyed and hung up on me. It is unfortunate that they leave customers floundering.
