You were supposed to install the TurboTax software you purchased from Amazon on your personal computer. Then you start the TurboTax program on your computer. Then you start a 2019 federal tax return on your computer. When the federal return is completed you start the State tax return on your computer. Once both are completed you either E-File or print and mail the federal and state tax returns from your computer.
