Also note this is a PUBLIC Internet forum. Do not post any personal info here. Luckily, it looks like the forum privacy filter has removed the phone number you posted. TurboTax won't phone you from the forum, but no telling who else could have tried to phone you to scam you.
It's not clear what you mean about "account". Are you trying to use Online TurboTax by mistake? You don't need to sign into an account each time to use the desktop software. It is a self-contained program.
If you bought the desktop software (CD/download), you install that software onto your computer. You do NOT use Online TurboTax. You launch and use your installed program once you launch the program and enter your activation code.
