Sorry, but I can't explain how that could happen without someone knowing that their credit/debit card has been entered for a fee payment.   If your fees have already been paid by credit/debit card,  you should be able to review the credit/debit card information.   Go through the payment section again and under the payment method see if you can pull up any credit/debit card info to see if you recognize it.
