Going through MA, it asks about every income and then gives the MA Income and Deductions Summary with each item broken down. You do not mean you are seeing it there, wages, salaries, etc. but on the actual form. I just can't replicate your issue. I have added all of your items with no trouble. I hope your deleting it and going through again works. If there is still something wrong, you may want to contact a specialist that can work through that section of the return with you.
