If you purchased the software you were supposed to install the software on your personal computer. Then start the program on the computer, create, complete and file the tax return from the computer.
The License code is for the software you purchased, not for the TurboTax online edition you are using.
Download the tax data file from the online edition and complete the tax return using the TurboTax software on your computer.
