You didn't say if you use the Windows version or Mac. This answer is for Windows. If installation didn't start automatically, then do this:
- Hold down the Windows+R keys to open the Run window.
- In the popup click Browse, and then navigate to the TurboTax CD on your CD/DVD/RW drive (usually Drive D).
- Double-click the setup.exe file to begin the installation.
