That license is NOT for online TurboTax. It is only for the CD/download which you have to put on your own hard drive. You have to download the software, to a full PC or Mac, update it and then open up the program from your own computer. Once you have the program on your own computer (NOT a mobile device or phone) you do not "log on" with an account or user ID.
