39.99 for Deluxe sounds like a good price. Does it include a state program? Some Deluxe in the stores does not include state. You can't compare the Desktop CD/Download program in the stores to the Online browser version. You need to compare it to the Turbo Tax Desktop programs here,

The Desktop program has more features and advantages over the Online version. Do you have a full Windows or Mac computer to install it on?
