I am having the same issue. It doesn't make sense that I would have to do all that work and then delete everything just to pay TurboTax if the free version isn't for me. No, there aren't any upgrade options on the right or left. No, signing out and signing back in doesn't work. I've been using TurboTax for years. If I have to start over, I'm going to go start over with another service provider.
