My NYS return was rejected with code R0103 even though the amount is correct. I contacted NY State Dept. of Tax and they believe it's a Turbo Tax software problem.

NY Dept. of Taxation had calls about this before. I'm unable to speak to someone at Turbo Tax without paying. Doesn't seem fair if the problem is on their end.
