I thought the same thing, but then I saw there was a summary option. For the sale choose "I'll enter a summary for each sales category". It says you may need to send in your brokerage statement with your return (or separately if you efile) but after I went through the steps Turbotax said it wasn't necessary. Hope this is an option for you.
