Verify what the charges were in your TurboTax account. Sign in to your account and click "Tax Tools" and then "Tools" in the left hand menu. You will see a box in the center screen, "My Fees"; click there to see a breakdown. Remember if you selected to have your fees deducted from your refund there is $39.99 charge for that service. Once you see the breakdown and it appears to be an wrong charge you should contact customer support for resolution.
